Mackenzie – Partnership with Lake Arbor Encourages Single Mom

Mackenzie is a young single mother of two children – ages 3 and 2 months. In October of 2020, Mackenzie decided to leave an unhealthy relationship and moved into Hope House Colorado Residential Program. While living at Hope House, she was able to complete her education and receive a High School Diploma from Penn Foster High School, an online program.

And Mackenzie did not quit there, she enrolled in a technical school program and received a Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate. Hope House and one of our vehicle repair partners, Lake Arbor, collaborated with Hands to provide a vehicle to them. On April 29, 2021, Mackenzie who lives at the Hope House was sponsored by Dana at Lake Arbor Automotive to receive a 2004 Toyota Corolla.
